Privacy Policy
How Creative Dad Company handles account and website information.
Last updated November 2, 2026.
Creative Dad Company (“we”) runs an adult-managed library of hands-on STEM and art projects for educators, parents, and program staff. This policy covers www.creativedadcompany.com, projects.creativedadcompany.com, and onthejob.creativedadcompany.com.
Adult-managed accounts
Accounts are for adults: educators, parents, and authorized program staff. Students do not create independent accounts. We do not ask you to enter a student’s name, date of birth, or other personal information to use a project.
Information we collect
- Account information: name, email address, and a password hash, used to sign you in and to show saved projects.
- Payment information: paid projects (coming soon) will be processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
- Program inquiries: name, email, organization, and the message you send on a contact or pilot form.
- Usage data: page views and conversion events on our own analytics. We do not use this to identify children. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.
- Cookies: a sign-in cookie, a session-only analytics cookie that does not identify a person across sites, and, where ads are shown, advertising cookies set by Google and its partners (see Advertising below).
- Email newsletter: if you sign up for free projects or our Sunday email, your first name and email address.
How we use it
We use this information to run the library, deliver printable packs for paid projects (coming soon), answer inquiries, and keep the service secure.
Sharing
We share information with a payment provider for paid projects (coming soon), and with the hosting and database providers that run the sites. We do not sell personal information.
Materials links on project pages go to Amazon. Those are affiliate links. Amazon’s own policy applies once you leave our site. Prices on those links are estimates and can change.
Retention
We keep account and inquiry records while the account or inquiry is active, and as needed for billing records and security. You can ask us to delete an account by emailing the address below.
Email newsletter
If you sign up for free projects or our Sunday email, we collect your first name and email address to send those emails. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. We use Mailchimp to send them, and Mailchimp processes your information on our behalf under its own privacy policy. We do not sell or share your email address.

This website may show ads through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors’ use of cookies for personalized advertising at www.aboutads.info/choices.
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland will see a consent message and can choose how their data is used for advertising.
To learn more, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Children
The projects are made for use with children under adult supervision. The account itself is an adult account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. This website is intended for adults (educators, parents, and program staff) and is not directed to children under 13.
